Gentlemen, it’s time to take your health into your own hands! 💙 On 21 November, G City Promenada will become a place where men’s health screening is simple, quick and accessible to everyone. The event is part of the nationwide Mosznowładcy campaign, which has been breaking taboos for years and reminding men of the importance of regular health check-ups.

🔎 Free preventive health screenings available during the event:

• 🩺 Testicular ultrasound for men aged 18–40.
• 🩸 PSA tests for men over 40, helping assess prostate health.

Testicular ultrasounds are performed by experienced specialists using modern equipment. The examination is quick, painless and non-invasive.

The PSA test requires just one drop of blood from your fingertip, and results are available within minutes.

✅ All tests are completely free of charge, and no advance booking is required.

The screenings will be carried out by specialists from the Nie Warto Foundation and the Fizjosport Association, with the support of Nationale-Nederlanden.
